Conference Description
Interpersonal skills in project management—and more broadly, Power Skills—represent a central challenge for today’s managers, whether emerging leaders or seasoned professionals.
Skills such as active listening, transparent communication, managerial courage, collaboration, and a leadership posture centered on serving teams are still too often overlooked in favor of purely technical competencies when accessing project management roles. Yet experience shows that these human capabilities are essential to project success, particularly in complex environments.
Through concrete examples drawn from his professional experience, Shane Brady offers a reality-based reflection that highlights the tangible impact of relational skills on performance, team engagement, and sustainable project success.
