I know how challenging it can be to break into the field of project management without always having access to the right resources or the right network.

My goal is to make information and opportunities more accessible, to share my experience, and to help students and young professionals better understand project management careers, develop their skills, and find their place in the field more easily.

Project Manager in the social economy sector at Consignaction and Co-Lead for Members and Volunteers within the PMI-Montréal Emerging Professionals Committee, I aim to help everyone discover the value of volunteer engagement and support members in fully benefiting from the opportunities offered by PMI.

As a member of the Emerging Professionals Committee, my goal is to share my passion for project management with students and young professionals by helping them better understand this dynamic field and discover the many opportunities it offers.

I joined this committee to share my experience with young professionals and to learn from their experiences across different fields, so I can apply their approaches in my day-to-day work. I believe that by working together, we can truly drive change and create opportunities for young professionals in the project management field.

Having had the opportunity to hold management positions in my early twenties and to play a key role in one of the largest digital transformations within a Quebec organization, I wish to share my experience and success factors with emerging professionals, the future of our profession.

For me, developing strong project management skills is built on high-quality higher education, mentorship, and networking with passionate and experienced professionals. This is the direction in which I want to focus my contribution, by offering young talents the opportunity to grow quickly in their new project management roles.

Having lost everything when I arrived in Montréal, I was fortunate to experience high-quality support, and without it, I would not be where I am today.
