The Project Risk Management Excellence Class is an interactive one‑day training, preferably taken in person, combining theory, principles, and practical application. This training is intended for individuals who already have some experience in project management and will enable them to refine their understanding of integrated risk management throughout the entire project lifecycle and beyond. It covers the essential theory and related principles, as well as governance, practice, and real‑world case studies.
