Workshop Description
We no longer simply manage projects—we mitigate the risks of transitional initiatives.
In a context of hyper-change, constant strategic pressure, and rapid technological evolution (including AI), the role of project leaders is fundamentally shifting. It is no longer just about delivering on time and producing outputs, but about creating value, identifying real constraints, and establishing the conditions that enable effective and sustainable decision-making.
This session does not focus on why projects fail. Instead, it concentrates on what leaders need today to succeed:
-
Recognizing the decision-making, human, and structural capabilities required to strengthen decision quality and speed
-
Developing a systemic perspective to identify misalignments that compromise value creation
-
Building the reflex to uncover blind spots and influence strategic decisions in a context of continuous change
Objectives
Through a structured diagnostic and case analyses, participants will leave with guidance to better assess decision-making impacts on strategy, AI integration, and the adjustments required to secure benefits—capabilities that are now essential in a reality of continuous change.
The workshop applies to any type of project or initiative (technological, organizational, or strategic) where decision-making related to value creation and adoption is at stake.
