Workshop Description

Do your project meetings feel repetitive and unproductive? Do the same voices dominate discussions while those with critical insights remain silent? What if your meetings became true continuous improvement loops—where teams learn, adapt, and progress sustainably?

This interactive workshop invites participants to rethink team meeting practices—project follow-ups, post-mortems, and lessons learned—to restore meaning, impact, and energy. Through simple, effective, and sustainable methods, participants will discover how to foster more open, courageous, and solution-oriented conversations.

Co-facilitated by Olivier Jackson, PMP®, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and Anders Rojewski, seasoned agilist and co-founder of Neatro, this workshop emphasizes experiential learning, practical sharing, and a human-centered approach to collaboration. The goal: to place collective learning and psychological safety at the heart of project management.

Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Identify dynamics that hinder collaboration (groupthink, dominance, unspoken tensions, fear of blame)

  • Apply Lean management and Agile techniques to foster open and constructive conversations

  • Create a climate of psychological safety where all voices can be heard

  • Structure more inclusive and effective team meetings (status updates, post-mortems, lessons learned)

  • Implement simple practices aligned with the Plan–Do–Check–Act cycle

  • Leave with practical tools to sustain a continuous improvement approach

  • Strengthen alignment and collaborative decision-making
