Workshop Description

In a context marked by profound economic, social, and environmental changes, organizations are called upon to rethink their governance models and management practices.

This workshop brings together panelists who have successfully maintained inclusive strategies in their leadership approaches, despite major transformations affecting businesses and organizations. Inclusion will be explored not as a constraint, but as a true strategic lever—enabling organizations to better navigate uncertainty, strengthen decision-making, and enhance project performance.

Through discussion and experience sharing, the workshop will highlight how inclusive governance approaches enrich perspectives, reduce blind spots, and foster bolder decisions that are better grounded in the realities of today’s ecosystems.

Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Adopt a renewed perspective on inclusive governance as a strategic tool

  • Move beyond excessive caution to embrace more audacious decision-making

  • Better understand how inclusion reduces fear of difference and uncertainty

  • Integrate inclusion as a lever for performance and resilience within their projects and organizations
