Conference Description
In a context where digital transformation extends far beyond the implementation of technological tools—and requires a profound rethinking of processes, roles, organizational culture, and operational practices—success depends on integrated, structured governance aligned with business strategy.
Drawing on years of experience in integrated governance within collaborative construction projects (IPD/RPI), this conference translates lessons learned from that sector into the realm of digital transformation projects. The construction industry—characterized by high operational complexity, multidisciplinary integration, and simultaneous management of technical, financial, and human risks—provides a particularly rich testing ground.
Principles that emerged in this context—shared leadership, transparency, collective risk management, contractual alignment, and a unified vision—prove remarkably powerful when adapted to digital realities.
This conference explores the foundations and mechanisms of truly integrated governance, including decision-making committees supported by comprehensive information, empowered cross-functional teams, continuous coordination forums, and disciplined management of interdependencies.
Such an approach enables organizations undergoing digital transformation to ensure coherence, agility, and sustainability, while reducing organizational friction and minimizing adoption risks.
