Workshop Description

In theory, we know what it takes to successfully deliver a project. Yet in day-to-day practice, it is often our habits—good or not so good—that make the difference between a smooth project and one filled with friction, wasted time, and avoidable risks.

This workshop offers a practical and accessible reflection on the key habits of project managers. Drawing on real-life examples and a pragmatic approach, Gaétan Richard invites participants to examine their current practices, identify what truly creates value, and eliminate what generates inefficiencies.

In a friendly and engaging atmosphere, participants will discover how to integrate new, simple “atomic” habits capable of sustainably improving both individual and collective performance—while preserving the enjoyment of working together.

Objectives

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Step back and reflect on their current project management habits

  • Distinguish between value-creating practices and time-wasting activities

  • Integrate new effective habits into their existing practices

  • Share “high-impact” habits with their team members

  • Leave with concrete ideas to improve their daily work—while keeping a positive mindset.
