Workshop Description
With the acceleration of digital transformation, IT program and project managers operate in a context of constant instability: shifting scope, cultural resistance, changing priorities, and projects at risk of derailment.
This 100% interactive workshop deliberately moves away from theory to immerse participants in real-world action through a hands-on approach. Working in small groups, participants—primarily junior and intermediate project managers—will collaborate to solve a realistic and complex challenge inspired by situations frequently encountered in the field:
-
Sudden scope changes
-
Recovery of a critical project
-
Managing major organizational resistance
The session will conclude with a collective sharing of strategies, fostering peer learning and the emergence of practical best practices that can be immediately applied in IT project environments.
Objectives
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
-
Master new ways of working to adapt and stabilize projects in rapidly evolving contexts
-
Develop interpersonal skills to overcome resistance to change and positively influence stakeholders
-
Strengthen their business acumen by making decisions aligned with the project’s strategic value, particularly in turnaround situations
-
Leave with practical tools and reflexes to manage crisis situations in IT project management
