Annie Bernard tackles a wide range of complex issues, most notably in the construction industry and class action suits. Her clients come from every sector of the industry and include owners, general entrepreneurs, subcontractors and suppliers. They rely on her expertise pertaining to funding, faults in design, project management, professional responsibility and breach of contract.

She also has developed expertise concerning legal construction mortgages, calls for offers, as well as terms surrounding licencing issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. She also prepares and proofreads contractual documentation, notably CCDC documents, as well as security deposit and co-ownership documents.

She has defended many class action cases and is currently involved in a suit resulting from the ice storm of 1998.

Virtual participation and PDU allocation
To ensure fair management of PDU allocation, virtual participants must be logged in no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event. After this time, access will no longer be authorized and no PDUs will be awarded.

Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.

Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
