The speaker will make an analysis of the concept of completion and interpretation that was made by the courts. Also , it will explain in depth the implications and delays that result.
Speaker: Jessica Collin is a lawyer at Fasken Martineau exercises in real estate law . She specializes in the sale, purchase, rental and financing of commercial and residential properties . Jessica graduated from Marianopolis (Honours ) and the Faculty of Law of the University of Montreal ( LL.B.) . Jessica began his career at another major law firm in Montreal before joining the Fasken Martineau team in 2014.

Refund Policy
Virtual participation and PDU allocation
To ensure fair management of PDU allocation, virtual participants must be logged in no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event. After this time, access will no longer be authorized and no PDUs will be awarded.
Events
No refunds 5 open days or less prior to the event.
Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.
Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
