The emergence of Agile Project Management at the turn of the century was only a first manifestation of a worldwide socio-economic phenomenon affecting all domains and activities of organisational life, in the private as well as in the public sectors. In order to succeed and prosper in such an environment, all experts are telling us that our organisations have to become more agile.
But «being more agile», what does is really means? and what does it imply and require exactly?
