The PMI-ACP® certification is ideal for professionals working within teams and organizations that adopt agile practices.

To be eligible for the exam, you must meet the three following requirements:

The exam is held at a Pearson Vue centre in your area.

The cost of the exam is US$435 for members and US$495 for non-members.

1. Secondary school diploma

2. 24 months/ 2 years of agile experience within the last 5 years (a current PMP® satisfies this requirement but is not mandatory

3. Have 28 hours of training in agile practices, frameworks, and methodologies (21 hours will be accepted until 31 March 2025). The course offered by PMI-Montreal meets this requirement.

Everyone is talking Agility, change management, and continuing improvement. I felt that there was a lack of clarity of these terms in my professional life, which led to confusion and loss of meaning. The ACP training allowed me to understand and improve my application of Agile methods. It's difficult in industries like mine, the non-profit sector, far removed from the traditional software industry where agile is strong. Thank you to the great trainers !
