Carl M. Gilbert, Eng. MGP PMP ACP PfMP OPM3 is an exclusive trainer at Technologia Formation and is responsible for project management syllabi. He has a 22 years experience in project management, mainly in Information Technology, as consultant, trainer, coach and project director. He has delivered a wide variety of courses in project management as well as preparation seminars for PMP/CAPM/ACP/RMP certifications in North America, Europe and Asia.


Since 1995, he specializes in strategic consulting in project management and portfolio management, including Project Management Offices (PMO) implementations, organizational maturity assessments and project managers competency development.

MICHAEL DELIS, B.ENG., PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSP, CSM is the Executive Vice-President and Director of Training and Methodologies at PMC, the Coordinator of the Certification and Education Program for over a decade at the PMI-Montreal chapter, and former board member of Agile Montreal.

As a Senior PM consultant, Agile Practitioner/Coach, Portfolio Manager and certified PM instructor, Michael has actively applied over 2 decades of diversified global consulting, training, project management, and engineering experience in IT, business, and telecommunications (CN, SAP, Ericsson) industries and in aerospace/aviation sectors (Bombardier, PWC, IATA, Unisys-Paramax) at various international customer sites in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Michael is a seasoned presenter and has been a keynote speaker at various corporate and project management chapter events.

Along with a bachelor degree in Engineering from Concordia University in Montreal, Michael has also received the following project management and Agile certifications:

Christine Beaulieu, PMP is an experienced information technology executive with more than twenty five years of expertise in the management of large I.T. departments and in the implementation and management of information systems. She spent most of her career in project management and communication for large Companies in Québec. She is known for her management skills, particularly regarding a managerial approach that rallies team around projects of different size and scope. She acts as a senior consultant in project management coaching, change management as well as business process review. Trainer and speaker, Christine is specialized in human aspects and communication.

Bruno Bouchard is a senior project management professional, Agile coach/practitioner, portfolio/project manager, and certified agile project management instructor with more than 20 years of diversified consulting, training, project management and IT experience.

He has received the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. He is also a Certified Disciplined Agile Delivery Yellow Belt Practitioner, a SAFe Program Consultant 4.0 (SPC4), accredited from Lean-Kanban University (LKU), and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. For the past ten years, he has specialized in the implementation of various methodologies, including coaching Agile in organisations and promoting it through Innovation Management.

Richard Buchanan has more than 35 years of experience in Projects particularly in Construction and New Technology projects. M.Buchanan was Financial Director at Hydro-Québec and act as a trainer in Project Management for the past 20 years in Québec,Canada and at International level (France, Belgium, England, Chili, Perou, Cameroun, Democratic Republic of Congo, Australia, China, India, Houston, Dallas, New-York,Baltimore, Dubaï, Qatar, Mexico, Indonesia) globally he as trained more than 10 000 people in Project Management.

David Brazeau MGP, PMP,  has been working in the project management field since 1989. He has been, for the Montreal Transit Authority (STM), a planning and control officer, a project coordinator, a project manager and was responsible for project services for one of the subways major restoration programs. He has participated and carried out several major projects for the STM. Moreover, we played an active role in the implementation of project management, several project management offices and portfolio management within the organization. David holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration for l’université Laval and a master’s degree in project management from l’UQÀM. He obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 1994.

Benoit De Grâce, Eng., PMP, An Industrial Engineer with over 12 years of experience as a seasoned project management consultant with Canadian, American and Worldwide organizations, Benoit specializes in the implementation of project management business practices and disciplines as well as the integration of enterprise project management information systems. His abilities to synthesize business processes, his no-nonsense, practical approach and his communication skills have earned him an excellent reputation. In addition to providing services as a trainer and facilitator, Benoit is the director of PMC – Project Management Centre and the Institut de formation en gestion de projets (IFGP).

Daniel Gagnon PMI-ACP®, PMP®, CDAP, CDAI, SPC, LSSYB, CSM is a senior project management consultant, Agile coach/practitioner, portfolio/project manager, and certified project management instructor with over two decades of diversified consulting, training, project management and IT experience. He has received the Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP®) and Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI®), the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance, is a Certified Disciplined Agile Practitioner/Instructor, a SAFe Program Consultant, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. For the past six years, he has specialized in the area of Agile at Enterprise scale. He is currently Senior Manager, Methodology and Practices within the Enterprise Project Management Office at TD Bank Group.

Serge Garon, CD, Euring, ing., MSc, PMP, CMII est consultant et formateur en gestion de projet et en gestion de risques majeurs. Il enseigne présentement pour l’UQAM (Maîtrise en gestion de projet et DESS en Gestion de risques majeurs), le PMI-Montréal (Ateliers de préparation à l’examen PMP), le programme de certification universitaire en gestion de projet l’école de gestion Schulich et l’Université Laval, et pour d’autres organisations. Son expérience inclus celle de Directeur d’Assurance Programme pour l’Agence spatiale canadienne, Gestionnaire principal pour le bras Canadarm-2 (pour la Station spatiale internationale), et Architecte naval en chef pour des projets majeurs de construction navale. Serge est ingénieur (ing.) au Québec, ingénieur à charte (C.Eng.) au Royaume-Uni et ingénieur européen (EurIng).  Il est aussi certifié PMP (ʺProject Management Professsionalʺ), CMII (ʺConfiguration Manager Level IIʺ) et ingénieur-chef de navire pour la Marine canadienne d’où il a pris sa retraite avec le grade de Capitaine de corvette.  Il détient un BScA en génie chimique de l’Université Laval, une MSc en Architecture navale et un certificat gradué en conception de sous-marins (du Collège universitaire de Londres, Royaume-uni), et des certificats gradués en génie et en gestion (MIT et autres universités). Il a reçu plusieurs distinctions (telles que une Mention élogieuse du Chef de la Défence nationale, le prix TM Pallas, le prix Paul Harris, et autres).  Il est auteur de plusieurs articles et est un conférencier international de renom (OIQ, PMI Risk SIG, IAC, IEEE, et autres), et il se fait un plaisir de partager avec des personnes d’intérêts similaires.

Yvan Petit, M.Eng., MBA (Insead), PhD, PMP has been an associate professor and part of the Project management research chair at the University of Quebec at Montreal (ESG-UQAM) since 2010. Dr. Petit defended his doctoral thesis entitled “Project Portfolio Management in Dynamic Environments: Organizing for Uncertainty” in September 2011 which was later published as a monograph in 2012. He has over 25 years of experience in project management, primarily in software development and R&D in the telecommunications industry. He is currently a member of the Canadian committee on the ISO TC-258 on Project Portfolio Management and of the PMI Standards MAG (Member Advisory Group). He was also part of the core team for the third revision of PMI’s Standard for Portfolio Management.

Lead Navigator at Desjardins Group, Martin Raymond, MBA, PMP, Prince2 is a manager that holds an MBA and a degree in Geomatics. With over twenty (20) years of experience, his career track includes mid-size to large scale program and portfolio management. He is involved in the implementation of enterprise project offices and organizational transformation. Martin is a key collaborator in the identification and prioritization of the strategic projects, the implementation of project portfolio management processes and operational excellence. He also assists project management teams, as well as trains and coaches project management team members involved in the project execution. He is also lecturer at the Sherbrooke University for the IT department.

Sylvie Vachon, MBA, PMP is currently the Director of Electronic Communications at HEC Montréal. Her interest in the strategic and human aspects of project management has allowed her to pursue a career as a consultant offering solutions to bridge the gap between the realm of information technology (IT) and the world of business. She developed an interest in project management during the 1990s, when the development of the Internet led to the integration of technology and communications.

Over the last 17 years, Ms. Vachon has managed numerous projects in IT-Web, digital marketing and change management for large corporations in various business sectors including banking, consultation services, aeronautics, and retail sales. Notably, she has worked for major companies such as Bombardier Aerospace, RONA, The Brick, and IBM.

PMP Certified since 2005, Ms. Vachon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications & Marketing from Laval University, as well as a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Montreal, where she teaches project management as a course lecturer since 2009.

Ms. Vachon was a member of the PMI-Montreal’s Board of Directors from 2009 to 2011.

Bruno Collet is an Agile Transformation Advisor on the aspects of leadership, project and portfolio management, as well as organizational design. He has over twenty years of experience, including twelve specifically in Agile, during which he has worked in medium and large organizations such as Desjardins Bank, STM, Loto-Quebec, National Bank of Canada and Proximus (Belgium).

Holder of an MBA (Master of Business Administration) and a Master of Computer Science, he is also certified PMI-PMP (Project Management Professional), PMI-ACP (Agile Certified Practitioner) and ICP-ENT (ICAgile Professional - Agility in the Enterprise). Bruno Collet is an occasional speaker in events of the  PMI-Montreal, Agile Tour, Les Affaires and others.
