Strategic Roundtables
PMI-Montréal is launching Strategic Roundtables, dedicated spaces for professionals who wish to engage at a strategic level within their area of expertise.
Strategic Roundtables bring together experts around shared challenges to foster high-level discussions, share practical perspectives, and generate meaningful insights that help shape the profession.
Led by engaged chapter volunteers, they provide a space that encourages collective intelligence, collaboration, and the development of innovative practices.
To ensure the quality of discussions, access to the Strategic Roundtables is reserved for PMI-Montréal members with significant experience in the relevant field and who are actively involved in it within their organization.
Applications will be reviewed to ensure the relevance and consistency of the groups.
PMO Strategic Roundtables
The PMO Strategic Roundtables aim to provide experienced professionals with an advanced forum for reflection, fostering the exchange of perspectives and the emergence of practical solutions applicable in complex and evolving environments.
Participation is reserved for PMI-Montréal members with at least five years of experience in project, portfolio, or program management, who hold a management role within a PMO or have responsibilities directly related to project governance. Participants are also expected to actively engage in discussions and strategic reflections during the sessions.

Additional Strategic Roundtables will be introduced throughout the year to cover key areas of project management and address the needs of the community.
