Project Management Principles for Aircraft Development Programs
Review of the project management principles used in aircraft interior design and development. Topics will include areas ranging from initiation to closing; touching charter creation, developing the project management plan, risk assessment, gate approvals, and the necessity for extensive scope management.
Speaker : Sudeep Mathew, B.Eng., PMP
Experienced design director and program manager in the aerospace and mass transit domains. Has run numerous aerospace programs from design and sourcing to production and delivery, ranging from small business jets to large commercial aircraft.
