TRAINING OBJECTIVE

Understanding behavioural impediments to performance and decision biases and developing strategies to cope with them.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This training is for all project management professionals who would like to anticipate individual behaviors.

DESCRIPTION

Project managers have long known that despite all the tools, best practices, methodologies and leadership techniques they can apply, often project success comes down to unproductive team and individual behaviors. This workshop explores how and why people behave in such unpredictable and irrational ways.

We will examine these typical patterns emerging from behavioral economics and their underlying causes, help participants anticipate them and develop strategies to either avoid or perhaps leverage these patterns to deliver better projects.

+ Pedagogical method based on practical cases and concrete techniques.

+ Personalized follow-up with the trainer possible.
