L'allocation des ressources: le principal défi de la gestion multiprojets?

Cet atelier débutera par une courte présentation de quelques enjeux vécus à haut niveau dans les organisations en lien avec la planification des ressources et la gestion de la capacité. Les participants seront par la suite invités à discuter des principaux enjeux vécus dans leur organisation et de pistes de solution qui ont été implantées, ou qui pourraient l’être.

Conférencière : Julie Delisle, MGP, co-fondatrice de Beeye, chargée de cours, et doctorante en management

Julie est co-fondatrice de Beeye, un outil de gestion qui vise à rendre les organisations plus performantes à travers une planification intelligente. Doctorante en management, diplômée d'une maîtrise en gestion de projet et d’un baccalauréat en communication, elle enseigne l'entrepreneuriat à l'ESG UQAM, et détient des expériences variées autant en petite qu’en grande entreprise. Elle se passionne pour le coaching et la formation.

Virtual participation and PDU allocation
To ensure fair management of PDU allocation, virtual participants must be logged in no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event. After this time, access will no longer be authorized and no PDUs will be awarded.

No refunds 5 open days or less prior to the event.

Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.

Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
