Worldwide internal tools deployment : Challenges & Success

Everyone has a tendency to re-invent the wheel or used the method they know.  The intent of this project is to deploy a World Wilde (WW) Quotation Model to allow consistency work level effort for PLM (Product Life Cycle) deployment projects based on internal project management methodology framework. This key steps is part of the Bid Management Process and targets to increase Statement Of Work (SOW) win ratio in a lean and efficient way. The goal of this session will be to share the experiences of such projects by highlighting the key challenges and success
