Description

Canadian government programs and corporate investors require projects to be adequately defined before investments can be considered.  This conference will present best practices for defining R&D projects and proposals, taking into account technical and business aspects. To address this topic, concepts such as Technology Readiness Level, Innovation, and Risk definition and Mitigation will be presented. From a business perspective, how to describe benefits to the firm, stakeholders and Canada will be described. Common activities required by the firm following a proposal submission will be highlighted.
