Speaker : Danielle Michaud, ACC, MBA, CPA, CGA is a certified Coach, trainer and member of the Quebec ICF Board of Directors, Danielle accompanies managers to use their strengths to focus on the essentials and thus increase the coherence of their actions. 20 years of management experience, both in finance and training, taught her that when one gives meaning to actions, barriers fall and achievements go at the speed "big V". Impact coach, she soaked up the "reality" of her client while creating a new creative look. Although the coaching management and integration in post she offers requires real commitment on the part of the accompanied person, work is done in fun, focusing on the essentials and not letting distracted by the unnecessary. Better know themselves, recognize its employees, its context and its environment to align its actions in a coherent and develop its full potential summarizes the framework of her support.

Danielle is always involved in professional organizations. In addition to serving on Quebec ICF Board of Directors, she served for many years on the Board of Directors of the Ordre des CGA du Québec (before the creation of the Ordre des CPA du Québec) and at the network of training professionals in Quebec. She is involved with the MBA Association of Quebec, in addition to writing articles about coaching in the professional journal of the AMBAQ.
