Description

Quality is commonly associated with inspection, verification, inspection, testing and testing deliverables. This is actually one of its main functions. But quality is not confined just that.

The quality applied at the project level can also be a powerful tool for project managers and PCOs; it ensures the correct installation of the ways to manage projects, to achieve the deliverables and inspect. Thus, the quality plays an active role and is directly involved in structuring a project.

This presentation will illustrate so through experiences in construction projects contexts how quality can contribute to the success of a project.

Speaker: Claude Guillou PMP, has over 15 years experience in quality engineering major projects, manufacture, installation / construction and commissioning. He has developed over the years of experience a passion for projects and continuous improvement.
