Many have expressed the desire to expand their contact network or to learn more about the people they encounter in the practice of community planning activities through the activities conducive to trade. What better way for new contacts to help you raise your skills! We have heard and for the last activity of the year, you will be served. Indeed, your team of organizers has prepared three different activities you take part in the evening.
As a game, one of the activities will appeal to your teamwork style. A simple and fun project that will, in particular, to learn about you and team dynamics in action.
Another lively activity will allow you to share and discuss various planning tools used in project management; ones you use, strengths, weaknesses and your stories.
Finally, participants will be invited to network around a cold buffet offered by the community of practice. Planned icebreaker. Bring your business cards!
We invite you there. Although this is a free event, the number of places is limited and absent enrolled deprive other participants available.
Speakers: Benoit Kieffer: Involved since 2012 in the planning community of practice, Benoit is a project management consultant and is involved in difficult times to help companies in planning and monitoring their projects. Expert in the use of Primavera and MS Project tool, it particularly holds a Masters in Project Management offered by the ESG-UQAM.
Fatemeh Erfanian, Jr. Eng., M.Sc., currently serves as Project Controller at Commission Scolaire de Montreal. Ms. Erfanian taught as a lecturer at the Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal since 2012. Ms. Erfanian is very involved in the implementation of the project office within various companies in the fields of construction, IT and the oil industry as well as training and coaching in organizational project management.
Monia Yousfi, MASc, PMP, is a professional with over 10 years of experience in managing implementation of business solutions for different companies in the areas of insurance, banking, pharmaceutical and public. Monia is involved in the practice of community planning since 2013.
Sylvain Tétreault M.ing. : assists organizations in preventing or solving serious problems, recurrent or recalcitrant project implementation, quality, customer satisfaction and operational by coaching, training and facilitation. He has over 20 years of professional experience, in small and large companies, both in the field than from senior managers. He holds a Master of Engineering on the expertise it offers to its customers. In addition to his professional achievements, he has been selected as an assessor for the Grands Prix québécois quality.

Refund Policy
Virtual participation and PDU allocation
To ensure fair management of PDU allocation, virtual participants must be logged in no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event. After this time, access will no longer be authorized and no PDUs will be awarded.
Events
No refunds 5 open days or less prior to the event.
Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.
Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
