Major projects, whether public or private, require strict monitoring of expenditure and cost control is a very important process and clearly identified in the PMBOK ©. Speaker: Bruno de Serres holds 25 years of experience in implementing projects, especially as an engineer on site, in Canada and abroad, an engineer costs in the office. M de Serres worked on infrastructure and industrial-scale projects in multiple environments contract (turnkey, EPCM services, concession, PPP). His strength is his ability to use his experience and mastery of modern computerized management tools to build and implement specialized cost control systems in difficult environments.

Refund Policy
Virtual participation and PDU allocation
To ensure fair management of PDU allocation, virtual participants must be logged in no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event. After this time, access will no longer be authorized and no PDUs will be awarded.
Events
No refunds 5 open days or less prior to the event.
Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.
Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
