Description

Our speaker, Mr. Louis fort offers an essential tool for personal development of a project manager: "The Self-assessment of your impact and your role as project manager within the company"

Proposed Methodology: An evaluation questionnaire dealing 360 types of managerial skills, will be sent to registered participants prior to the conference and a collective analysis of the results will be presented at this.
After registration you will be sent a link to allow you to answer the questionnaire.

So project managers will have the opportunity to have a portrait of the most valued skills and abilities in a market where the changing role of the project manager is defined by the trends and challenges of the coming years.


Speaker and trainer: Louis Fortin is President of Update, a company whose mission is to contribute to the performance of companies and organizations by training their leaders and their teams. Holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and working for over 20 years in the areas of consulting and training, Louis Fortin has gained on the ground a thorough knowledge of the field of training and consulting services .

During his training and his interventions, Mr. Fortin promotes integration skills through case discussions experienced role-playing, the scenarios and simulations.

Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.

Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
