Description

Carrie Mazoff, Assistant Director of Support Office in the transition to the McGill University Health Centre (MUHC), will give a lecture at PMI PMO Symposium. She just share the contents of this presentation with our Community of Practice. This is to present concrete examples of the development of a Project Management Office whose primary mandate is to support major changes in health care at the MUHC. Through these projects, the PMO has played a crucial role in clinical practice. The evolution of the support office in the transition will be described, from design through all the changes that led to a continuum of maturity to the Project Office.

Speaker : Carrie Mazoff, MBA, PMP, is Associate Director of Project Office Hospital of McGill University. With 13 years of experience in the administration of health care, Carrie Mazoff devoted most of his career to set up a project management model in a university hospital in the context of a major project redeployment of health services. After making its support to the organizational transition, including the move to a new hospital, she is now working on the development of his department, a temporary structure to a permanent office project.
