Overview of Agile/SCRUM approach, and present general principles of SCRUM framework with a real implementation.
Mr. Mohamed Arezki is the Software Development Manager at Sherweb. He started as Software Developer in the telecommunication field. He has over 10 years of experience in team building and team management in Hardware and Software Development and Software Quality Control.
Mohamed has participated in the Agile/Scrum implementation at Sherweb with multifunctional and self-organising teams. He participated in the integration of Agile practises into the traditional project management process at Sherweb.
Mohamed has been certified ScrumMaster by Scrum Alliance since 2012. He has also been certified PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) since 2014. Mohamed obtained his Master of Science in Computer Engineering at Sherbrooke University.

Refund Policy
Virtual participation and PDU allocation
To ensure fair management of PDU allocation, virtual participants must be logged in no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event. After this time, access will no longer be authorized and no PDUs will be awarded.
Events
No refunds 5 open days or less prior to the event.
Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.
Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
