During our first conference of the year, we focused on risk management based on the key stakeholders of a project such as the company, the project manager and the client. However, to fully understand the fundamentals of risk management it is critical to master its life cycle . This workshop will cover the key stages of risk management related to the phases of a project. Our goal is to help you better understand the benefits of risk management throughout your project.

Speaker : Agnès Bédard has been a Project Manager for over 25 years within large companies, Ms. Bédard has been responsible for large-scale and management of multidisciplinary project teams (internal and external). Her professional career in various fields; construction, IT , manufacturing and services have enabled her to accumulate a set of achievements that reflect her experience and ability to adapt to various organizational changes. She is also a lecturer at UQAM and HEC where she teaches project management. She is also the president of the risk management community of PMI- Montreal.
She is passionate about project management, especially in the management of human risks. This dynamic practitioner recommends the implementation of innovative solutions and above all realistic.
Refund Policy
Virtual participation and PDU allocation
To ensure fair management of PDU allocation, virtual participants must be logged in no later than 30 minutes after the start of the event. After this time, access will no longer be authorized and no PDUs will be awarded.
Events
No refunds 5 open days or less prior to the event.
Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.
Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
