Speaker : 

Henri-Jean Bonnis is an Expert independent in project management and change management, Henri-Jean Bonnis operates mainly in the finanial sector in business intelligence, on highly politicized recovery projects. His mandates led him to build teams and to coach members to achieve the expected benefits. In parallel, he is a trainer for PMP and Prince2 certifications.

Henri-Jean is an experienced administrator involved in his community, having served on six boards, amongst those are CLD Lachine, the Montreal Engineering Network and the PMI Montreal. Furthermore, he is vice president of St. John Ambulance, Quebec Council.

Yves Picard  Bachelor in Psychology and sexology. Yves Picard works with youth and adults for over 25 years, his record is most impressive. He began his career as a communauty worker for a youth home and as a street worker in the Youth Consultation Office . Quickly, his abilities propelled him to Manager of Le Beau Voyage Center where he uses his management skills, operation, supervision, development and networking. The organization is twice finalist for the Persillier Lachapelle Awards for its excellence in social services.
In 1998, he becomes the head of the Carrefour Jeunesse-emploi Marquette in Lachine, a community organization that works with youth aged 13 to 35 years. In 2001, he was called to take on the role of interim General Manager of the West Island Carrefour Jeunesse-emploi, since it manages more efficiently these two organizations. Over the years, he provided exceptional results to the CJE while implementing monitoring mechanisms and internal policies. In addition to his tasks as general manager, he presented many papers and has been involved for many years in various boards, he has served among others on the Board of Directors of the CDEC LaSalle-Lachine, of Réseau Réussite Montréal of  Lachine CLD and Montreal's West Island Economic Development.

Ghislain Dufour holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts College at Concordia University, an MA in political science from the University of Montreal, a graduate degree in Administration from Concordia University and a degree in values Securities, Ghislain Dufour made his career in the field of economic development for twenty-five years.

General Manager of the Société de développement du centre-ville de Lachine for nine years, he subsequently became General Manager of the Société de Development du Boulvard Saint-Laurent from 2000 to 2006. During his career he held several terms as Chairman of organizations dedicated to economic development such as the regroupement des centres-villes et des artères commerciales du Québec, the Service d’aide aux jeunes entrepreneurs du sud-ouest de Montréal and Transaction pour l’emploi.
He also served as administrator of the board of directors of Pôle Touristique des Rapides, Centre Hospitalier de Lachine Fondation and the CDEC Centre-sud Plateau Mont-Royal.   
Since 2006 he held the position of Commissioner of Economic Development of the Lachine borough.
