The foundations and the evolution of Agile: In this presentation we will see the evolution of the Agile approach, from its origins to today and the different contexts that uses Agile in IT departments. We will discuss the benefits of using this approach as well as differentiators between Agile and traditional project management.

Etienne Laverdiere has first led for 15 years software development teams in the financial sector and telecommunications, both in Europe and Canada. He later specialized in transforming development teams and organizations toward agility. Since 2012, he works in his Tango Digital company to help companies develop their strategy of transformation of the traditional management mode towards agile. Etienne is notably certified CSP, PMI-ACP and ICP-ACC (Agile Coach).
