Description

In this presentation, I discuss overlooked issues in project management, especially in the preliminary phase. Most feasibility studies focus on marketing, financial, technical and/or environmental concerns. I show that the psychodynamics forces of a project must also be considered, and that points of vulnerability ought to be identified in order to strengthen the possibility of success of a given project.

Olivier Mesly, DBA, MBA is an University professor and consultant in project feasibility having for clients for exemple: Kruger packaging, Group Beaucage, CLD-Gatineau (local business centre). He is also author of the book on Project feasibility (in French): Faisabilité de projets - Aspects oubliés de l'analyse -. Montréal: Presses internationales Polytechniques, 200 pages.
