Project feasibility- overlooked issues in project management
Description
In this presentation, I discuss overlooked issues in project management, especially in the preliminary phase. Most feasibility studies focus on marketing, financial, technical and/or environmental concerns. I show that the psychodynamics forces of a project must also be considered, and that points of vulnerability ought to be identified in order to strengthen the possibility of success of a given project.
