Annual general assembly
Description
We are pleased to invite you to the Annual Meeting of PMI-Montreal to be held on Thursday, April 16 at 18 pm at the Montreal Planetarium
This year the Board has had to revise Regulation No. 2, the electoral rules in order to alleviate a situation in which two directors received the same number of votes in the election .
The annual meeting will be both a general meeting and a special meeting where the new regulation will be submitted for approval to the members. Planetarium Technical visits will be organized at 16 hours and 17 hours for groups of up to 20 people. First come first served.
The Planetarium can visit up to 21 hours.
A cocktail will follow our assembly and we hope to see you there .
Refund Policy
Events
No refunds 5 open days or less prior to the event.
Substitution
Substitution of a participant is not permitted except for group registrations.
Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
