Fonctions de Cadre exécutif et de Gestion de projet; compatibilités et conflits!

Can we perform both fucntions at the same time? How can the performance measure of one of the functions help the performance measure of the other? The author has lived and survived these questions and many other related ones, in pretty extreme environments. He will present some elements of this experience, and some of his trics, in an animated and interactive way, with the purpose of sharing with the audience and fostering a reflection on the subject.

Speaker : Serge Garon

During his 10 years as executive at the Canadian Space Agency, and his 25 years as Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with the Canadian Navy, Serge managed many projects, some projet portfolios, and executive functions, at times together. His responsabilities included personnel management, budget, strategic planning, performance measure, and others. He is presently Consultant in project and executive management, Director of the PM Certification Program of the Schulich School for the Québec region, Lecturer at UQAM, and instructor for PMI-Montreal.
Serge is a certified executive (Canada), European Engineer, Engineer (Québec), Ship Chief Engineer (Canadian Navy), PMP, and is graduate of MIT, University College London, Laval University and other institutions.

Cancellation
PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training program in the event of insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.
