Is Project Management preparing us to become Executive? Are there techniques or approches that can be imported? What determines the success of one function as much as that of the other, and are both functions compatible?
Can we perform both fucntions at the same time? How can the performance measure of one of the functions help the performance measure of the other? The author has lived and survived these questions and many other related ones, in pretty extreme environments. He will present some elements of this experience, and some of his trics, in an animated and interactive way, with the purpose of sharing with the audience and fostering a reflection on the subject.
