DESCRIPTION

Delivering is not enough: Becoming Skilled in Organizational Change and Transformation

Have you ever delivered your project (i.e., an application) on time, on budget and to the requirements agreed to in writing only to learn that, two years later, the project deliverable is shelved because no one used it? Are you annoyed by stakeholders trying to change your project while you are in delivery mode? Projects bring about change in organizations - in structure, processes, tools and, inevitably, behaviour.

Our project deliverables must enable business outcomes, and business outcomes can only be realized with organizational change. This interactive session will examine basic organizational change management theory and provide project managers with a basic toolkit that will enable participants to move from delivering deliverables to changing and transforming organizations.

Elisabeth Bucci is bilingual program and project manager with a 32-year track record of successfully delivering complex multi-project programs and portfolios for IT and business in various industries, and for both large and small companies. She currently offers her project management consulting services through her own company, Projissima inc, specializing in strategic transformation programs and implementation of portfolio management and benefits management frameworks. She is an accredited trainer in business relationship management, change management and PRINCE2 and possesses Managing Benefits, Managing Successful Programs and ITIL certifications.

Corporate events are open to all certified and non-certified project professionals using project skills in their work. Corporate evenings are also intended for members and non-members of PMI-Montreal, businesses, and organizations who wish to gain new knowledge in project management or are curious about the value of best practices and change management. The networking atmosphere is optimized, and it's the perfect time to add to your list of contacts!

Tarif: 35 $ pour les membres / 50 $ pour les non-membres. 

Refund Policy:

5 working days or more before the training: full refund. The request must be sent by email to rec@pmimontreal.org.
4 working days or less before the training: no refund.

Substitution: The substitution of a participant is not allowed, except for group registrations.

Cancellation: The PMI-Montreal reserves the right to cancel a training if there are insufficient registrations. In this case, the full registration fee will be refunded.

PMI-Montreal Members: The PDUs will be automatically registered in your account.
Non-members: You will need to register the PDUs in your account.
2 PDU Leadership are awarded for this training.

 

Included: Recording the conference for a period of 30 days
