Description

Application of PMI processes

Not only were PMI processes incorporated at every stage, but the management of the project was innovative and original. The methods used contributed to advancing technical standards and enhanced the image of project management as a profession. Within all of the methods used, proactivity, planning, multidisciplinarity, and a participative management approach stand out as major strengths of the Project Team.
