The How NASA Builds Teams method has been developed by Charles Pellerin to improve communication, performance and morale among technical teams. PMI-Montreal had the honor to receive him in 2009 for a 1-day event.
In this 60-minutes webinar, the speaker will summarize the important aspects of the method and show how the project manager can improve concretely his team performance.
