She started in executive recruitment at two of the most successful major recruiting firms in Montreal at the time: Illsley Bourbonnais (acquired by Korn Ferry) and Ray Berndtson (now Odgers Berndtson). She has spent the past twelve years as a recruiter with Vezina Goodman Recherche de cadres and Michael Goodman Executive Search where she developed her own clientele before founding Diane Lee Executive Search in early 2015. Diane has worked on fulfilling hundreds of mandates within the Manufacturing, Distribution, Services, Not-for-Profit, and other sectors, over the span of her career in executive search.
