Description
Take a moment: you are now using agents to perform the most mundane tasks of a project. You are able to know the sentiment of the users who will be impacted by your project and that of your delivery teams, but during this time, a copy of this data is being sent to be exploited on the dark side of the Web. Have you really gained anything? What steps can you take to validate that your models, your tools, and the data they access remain secure?
Objective
To raise awareness among project managers about the risks of unconscious use of AI, without having first validated the various tools that will be used.
