Description

In a sector as complex as construction, disputes can quickly stall project momentum and lead to monumental costs. This virtual conference aims to raise awareness among industry stakeholders regarding alternatives to litigation.

Rather than viewing the courtroom as the only recourse, we will explore how Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods—known in Quebec as PRD—act as a strategic lever to protect your operations, budgets, and business relationships.

The goal is to move beyond theory to foster the concrete advancement of prevention methods. We will focus on developing practical, user-friendly tools adapted to on-the-ground realities and applicable across all sectors of Quebec society.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand ADR mechanisms as effective alternatives to the court system.

  • Identify strategic levers to prevent the escalation of conflicts in construction projects.

  • Acquire practical tools to integrate a culture of amicable settlement within your organization.

  • Contribute to the evolution of dispute management practices in Quebec.
