Critical Decisions and Strategic Blind Spots: Securing Project Governance in Contexts of Uncertainty (in French)
Description
Transformation failures are rarely due to a lack of solutions or skills. Instead, they stem from unidentified strategic blind spots that bias critical decisions and weaken project governance.
This webinar offers a structured approach to detecting these invisible areas, using real-world case studies from digital transformation and high-constraint environments.
Participants will analyze their own decision-making mechanisms and understand why certain choices fail despite having competent teams—particularly when managing complex projects. Finally, they will experiment with an operational framework designed to enhance the reliability of strategic decision-making.
The goal is to shift from reactive governance to lucid governance, capable of anticipating and addressing organizational risks that directly impact project success and value creation.
