Dahlia Beristáin Gil is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean transformation & change design consultant with a unique educational background and experience. Dahlia has a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Master of Science in Information Technology with specialization in Knowledge Management. This unconventional mix allows her to adapt her workshops to meet her audience expectations, the users’ needs and culture requirements to support the change. Dahlia has designed and led Lean transformation, Six Sigma, and organizational change initiatives at multiple organizations creating the structure, training, and culture for success. Her change leadership, creative problem solving and service design approach have been key to instill a culture of continuous improvement by promoting constructive, positive and meaningful change among individuals, teams and organizations.
