Drawing on our ability to react and adapt, demonstrated over the past year, we are presenting an ambitious strategic plan that aims to maintain and improve our service offer, promote PMI-Montréal and best practices in project management, and position ourselves in emerging fields.

OPTIMIZE our service offer and ensure its continued growth.

PMI-Montréal wants to remain relevant to its members and support them throughout their career. To achieve this, we are focusing on our training services leading to PMI certifications.  

PMI recently added Disciplined Agile to its service offer, and, as of this year, PMI-Montréal is offering the preparation courses for these certifications. I encourage you to explore these agile methods adapted to the reality of today’s professional world.

Our events are at the heart of our offer to meet the needs of our members and market trends.

Our team is constantly working to stay abreast of trends, innovating, and building new strategic alliances to provide relevant content and added value. The proof is in the fact that our events, even though virtual, still attract as many attendees.

We work every day to improve the value of your certifications, among both public and private organizations, through targeted communications campaigns and formal meetings with government leaders. We continually demonstrate the positive impact of project management professionals in organizations as well as in our society.

Finally, in order to provide these services to our members, we continuously strive to improve and optimize our support structures and all our services. Consequently, we ensure optimal working conditions for our team in order to remain an exceptional employer in terms of development, career advancement, and working conditions. The same goes for our volunteers, whom we hold in the highest esteem. Diversity is at the heart of our HR strategy.
