Looking Back at the RDV élixir 2025

RDV Élixir 2025 lived up to all its promises: a 100% virtual format that successfully brought together, inspired, and equipped hundreds of project management professionals across Quebec and Canada.

RDV Élixir 2025 brought together more than 150 members of the project management community to celebrate innovation, impact, and excellence. In a warm and inspiring atmosphere, finalists and partners were recognized during this memorable edition.

A Committed Jury

Composed of 15 members, the jury carried out exceptional work in selecting the projects and professionals shortlisted for the 2025 Élixir Competition, as well as in choosing the award recipients.

Special thanks go to the judges who facilitated the presentation blocks during the finalists’ sessions and announced the winners:

An Inspiring Academic Perspective

One of the highlights of the event was the presentation of the brief submitted to the Gallant Commission:
“Turning a Fiasco into a Springboard: A Governance Framework for Digital Projects,” presented by Sanaa El Boukri, Maude Brunet, and Alejandro Romero-Torres from the Project Management Chair – ESG UQAM.
