Revenu Québec is looking to recruit IT Project Managers (Standard and Expert Levels) for permanent positions. We are recruiting in the following location(s): all regions of Québec. The workplace will be determined based on each selected candidate.

The Information Technology Directorate plays a strategic role within Revenu Québec by actively contributing to improving business processes and modernizing the organization’s technological tools.

Your day-to-day work at Revenu Québec
As a Standard-Level IT Project Manager, you will:
- Analyze client needs and define a delivery plan for each project to ensure optimal use of resources while meeting expectations
- Coordinate project execution activities to ensure timely delivery of expected results
- Manage project closure activities, including performance tracking and preparing reports to capture lessons learned
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices
As an Expert-Level IT Project Manager, you will:
- Coordinate and monitor all activities related to large-scale or highly complex technology projects
- Support delivery teams and stakeholders involved in large, multidisciplinary, or organization-wide projects
- Plan and organize product delivery activities, ensuring synchronization of tasks and deliverables in complex environments
- Contribute to reporting activities and the evolution of project governance practices
Requirements
To join our team, you must:
- Hold either:
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields (or any other relevant field):
- Computer Science
- Software Engineering
- Administration (Information Technology)
- Or a bachelor’s degree in another field with at least one year of relevant experience
- A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in one of the following fields (or any other relevant field):
- Have five years of relevant professional experience in IT for the expert-level position (graduate studies may compensate for missing experience)
Assets
- Knowledge of MS Project for planning and tracking activities
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects
Additional information
You must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work permit in Canada.
If your diploma was obtained outside Canada, you must provide a comparative evaluation from the ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration. Without this document, your application cannot be submitted.

Salary
Salary will be determined based on your relevant experience and education.

Standard-Level IT Project Manager: $55,565 to $106,882 per year

Expert-Level IT Project Manager: $81,659 to $117,570 per year
