POSITION OVERVIEW

As a project control officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the onboarding process for our new funds, in collaboration with all Innocap teams at our Montreal office

THE CHALLENGES AWAITING YOU

Your main responsibility will be to manage all aspects of the onboarding process for all our new funds, including planning, tracking and reporting. You will conduct project governance processes including leadership on project schedule, milestones, dependencies, time reporting, capacity planning, issues and potential hurdles.  Also, you will be responsible for producing periodical status reports while developing, maintaining and optimizing all front and back-end systems related to the onboarding process of our new funds.  Lastly, you will also be focusing on enhancing the overall client and manager experience. 

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

If you can answer YES to the following questions, you might be our next colleague!

  • Do you have at least two years of experience as PCO?
  • Do you have excellent written and oral communication skills in both French and English?
  • Are you recognized for your solution-oriented mindset and your resourcefulness?
  • Do you perform well in a constantly evolving organization, where priorities change rapidly?

We will definitely want to meet with you if you have a good knowledge of JiraPowerBI and Tableau to create and maintain project plans, and an advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite.  To be successful in this role, you will also need the ability to handle data and use various softwares.  PMP certification and/or CAIA designation are definite assets.
