Being a Product Manager (PM) at SOQUIJ means...

  • Determining the common vision and essential functionalities to be delivered that meet the customer's business needs (internal and external);
  • Accompany and work closely with the product business owner and IT delivery teams to ensure understanding and prioritization of specific requirements;
  • Collect and analyze business requirements as a customer representative or with the customer;
  • Prepare the documentation required according to the scope of the initiative to be presented to the authorities responsible for authorization (initiative, opportunity or business files, etc.);
  • Be responsible for communications with all the various internal and external stakeholders and for managing deliverables, taking into account costs, schedules and scope;
  • Manage project stakeholders;
  • Manage online releases;
  • Prepare and lead presentations to various governance committees (steering committee, executive committee, etc.);
  • Develop and conduct acceptance tests in collaboration with QA specialists and customers;
  • Ensure optimal user experience for customers;
  • Carry out demonstrations and presentations;
  • Write and manage product roadmaps and consolidate customer requests (internal and external) into projects;
  • Collate risks, impacts and related strategies taking into account various factors in order to manage the level of project risk and propose mitigation measures. Monitor residual risks for projects under its responsibility;
  • Develop and implement the pre-project, planning, execution and post-project stakeholder management strategy.


You have :

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Experience in business analysis;
  • A strong ability to understand and translate customer needs;
  • Knowledge of the legal field (asset);
  • Leadership skills;
  • Proven communication skills;
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Customer focus;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent management of priorities.
