Description

Best practices for managing major infrastructure projects should prevent cost overruns, meet deadlines, and satisfy clients. However, it's now common—and even expected—for these three goals to go unfulfilled. While total failure is rare, we often find solutions when faced with problems. We endure many "small failures" but always finish in the end. The question is, at what cost? Is it truly possible to give ourselves the best chance to succeed, stay in control, and do so without sacrificing our well-being?

This webinar will highlight the main causes of these setbacks. They are often the result of a combination of factors. By identifying them, you'll be able to choose the most effective strategies to help you successfully manage your project.

Objective

The goal is to focus on the details—the many small things often overlooked because they aren't considered important. Participants will learn how to choose which practices can be used to change processes that fail to satisfy clients and improve those that yield positive results.
