This virtual event brings together project managers, leaders, and professionals passionate about talent development, collaboration, and sustainable performance.
Objective
Create a virtual space for reflection and exchange to strengthen project managers’ ability to place people at the heart of organizational success. Participants will leave this event with valuable practices, knowledge, and connections.
Program
The new hybrid: Putting humans at the heart of AI
How can artificial intelligence and human-centered approaches cooperate to amplify value? Let’s explore together the hybrid mode combining algorithmic capabilities and human sensitivity. When integrated with discernment, AI can multiply the potential of approaches such as Design Thinking. Conversely, human-centered methods secure the deployment of AI within organizations. Concrete examples, drawn from projects conducted in the South Pacific and enriched by insights inspired by major figures in innovation, will illustrate these ideas. You will leave with practical tools and an action plan to create value through innovative solutions. A pragmatic conference that puts humans at the heart of the success of your projects

The elephant called ‘’Biais’’
“Imagine that we are all gathered in a room… and a gigantic elephant is among us. Impossible to ignore: it takes up all the space, it hinders our movement, it imposes itself in our field of vision. Yet, no one talks about it. We act as if nothing is there… This elephant is unconscious bias. We know it is there. We see its effects on our decisions, our relationships, and our projects. But out of discomfort, fear of offending, or lack of tools, we often avoid talking about it.”
This conference aims to raise awareness among managers about unconscious biases and their potentially harmful impacts on project success. We will define the main unconscious biases and clearly distinguish what constitutes bias versus judgment. We will also address the feelings experienced by those affected, as well as concrete ways to discuss them with kindness and a constructive mindset.

Beyond the algorithm: Managing human change in AI implementation projects
AI projects are not IT projects like any other; they introduce a profoundly human and identity-based change. This conference proposes a concrete roadmap for project managers who wish to successfully lead these AI transformations.
Based on real use cases from AI implementations, we will break down the three fundamental fears that AI generates: replacement, the “black box,” and devaluation of expertise. You will discover a 5-step action plan, from ethical framing to measuring trust, to turn resistance into engagement. The goal is to provide the keys to becoming a true architect of trust between humans and machines, thus ensuring the success and ROI of artificial intelligence projects.
