Virtual participation
In order to ensure optimal management of the event, we invite participants to connect no later than 30 minutes after the beginning. After this time, access to the live event will only be possible during the lunch break. Beyond that, the event will have to be watched in replay.

Refund

Refund requests must be submitted via your PMI-Montréal account under the “my invoices” section.

Refunds will be made according to the following conditions:

• Cancellation made more than 30 days before the beginning of the event: full refund, less administrative fees.

• Cancellation made between 30 and 15 days before the beginning of the event: refund of 50% of the total amount.

• No refund will be granted for cancellations made less than 15 days before the beginning of the event.

Substitution
The substitution of a participant is not authorized, except in the case of group registrations.

Cancellation by PMI-Montréal
PMI-Montréal reserves the right to cancel an event or a training in case of insufficient number of registrations. In this case, the totality of the registration fees will be refunded.
