The Visées program includes:

  • A 30-minute information session to demystify PMP certification and PMI.

  • The 35-hour PMP preparation course.

  • A full-day integration session to contextualize the participants’ learnings in their professional reality through a case study. This day will enable you to leave with ready-to-use tools.

  • A 2-hour virtual consolidation session, fostering exchange, sharing of practices, and networking.

DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Thursday September 25th, 2025 at noon. After this date, you must contact us by phone to register.

LIVE BROADCAST TIMES: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST)

LOCATION: The course will be broadcast with Zoom platform and will be held in our classroom at the same time in Montréal. Once your registration is complete, the Zoom connection link will be accessible in your PMI-Montréal account, under the “My documents” section.


BEFORE YOUR COURSE 

Approximately a week before the course, a 2-hour video of the course introduction and the first section on ethics will be uploaded in your PMI-Montreal account under ''my webconferences'' section. It is mandatory that all participants view this presentation before the first course. Please address all questions to info@pmimontreal.org

 

IMPORTANT : PRELIMINARY STEPS

The week before the beginning of the class, you will receive three emails which are essential to your preparation. Please read them carefully.

  1. Get the PMBoK, the Agile Guide and the Process Group Guide (recommended but not mandatory during the course).
  2. Register for the zoom session if you wish to take the course by distance learning.
  3. Listen to the introductory course lasting about 2h
  4. Claim your course material (you will receive an e-mail from PMI.org with the link and instructions 2 to 3 days before the start of your course).

Inclusions

  • Training PMP material
    Over 200 exclusives simulations questions are included in our material.
  • Manual language
    All training material provided is available in English or in French depending of the language of the course.
  • Information session - Demystifying PMI and PMP certification
    This short information session (30 minutes) gives you an overview of the PMI world, how certification works, the main steps to follow and the pitfalls to avoid. It's the ideal way to start your journey and understand PMI's expectations.

Exclusions

  • Membership PMI & PMI-Montreal
    Membership to PMI and PMI-Montreal, $169 USD is not included. Membership is not mandatory to take the course, but it allows you to benefit from a member discount when registering for the PMP preparation course. To become a member go to www.pmi.org and go under ''membership'' and then ''become a member''. Make sure you also select PMI-Montreal before finalizing your transaction.
  • PMP exam fees
    For those who are taking the PMP exam. Please take note the exam cost is not included in the price of the preparation course. This is an individual process and all applicants must go through the PMI application process. Once accepted you must pay the fees: $405 USD for members, $655 USD for non-members in order to have access to the exam schedule. You will have a full year and 3 attempts to succeed. If you need a second or a third attempt you must pay extra fees : $275US for members, $375US for non-members.
  • PMBoK, Agile Guide, Process Group Guide
    The PMBoK, Agile Guide and Process Group Guide are not included in the price for the course but those documents are essential for the preparation of the exam. You do not need to bring it to the course. The downloaded version is free for the member and can be accessed on PMI.org under Library of Global Standards.
  • Course Recording
    This is an exceptional measure insofar as you should be absent from a course for whatever reason you can benefit from it. Whether you attend the course in person or virtually, for a period of 3 months* following your last course you will have access to the recordings. These will be deposited directly into your PMI-Montréal account ('my webconferences' section) within 24 to 48 hours of the live broadcast, whenever possible. You must have taken the PMP preparation course to qualify.
  • Coaching services
